Shipping Policy

We ship across India. Below is everything you need to know about delivery timelines, charges, and tracking.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM IST are processed the following business day.

Timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, bad weather, or local events beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
- India: free shipping on all orders above ₹499; ₹49 flat fee below that (Express ₹99).
- International: Standard (7–14 business days) and Express (3–5 business days) options at checkout — rates and free-shipping thresholds vary by delivery region and are shown in your local currency.
- No additional charges for remote pin codes (subject to serviceability).
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number and courier name. You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please email us at support@needkart.store.
5. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, refused), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery shipping charges may apply.
6. Courier Partners
We ship via reputed courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, Ekart, and DTDC. The courier assigned to your order may vary by pin code.
7. International Shipping
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
