4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are shown in your selected region's currency. India prices are inclusive of applicable GST; other regions include applicable VAT/GST where required (US prices exclude sales tax), unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without prior notice; the price at the time of your order is binding.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Accepted methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and select wallets.
• Your order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation.

5. Order Acceptance

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or inability to deliver to your location. In such cases a full refund will be issued.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeedKart's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
